Graze Review

Image
I recently subscribed to Graze Box . If you don't know what a Graze is it is a website where you can order healthy snacks to be delivered directly to your door. I know you are already rolling your eyes, I did when I read the last sentence. I only signed up because I had a code for a no obligation free box. The Texan is always snacking and we needed a healthy alternative. They offer two types of boxes, one for snackers and one for calorie counting snackers. We get the regular Nibble box and both The Texan and now PB get excited when they see it come in the mail. Our subscription is every two weeks and costs us $6.99. To me it's a great deal. I'm really bad about buying healthy snack because I don't know how. While I was browsing the website and giving my opinion on past boxes I sign up for the waiting list on the Big Box. Five large bags (20 portions) of snacks a month for $20. I had grand plans of taking pictures of the box that came yesterday but The Texan already ...

My Beauty Routine

Image
**Disclaimer: I am a Presenter with Younique which means I sell the product(s) I'm writing about. All opinions are my own and are very honest.** I've never had a real beauty routine until recently. I was the chick you'd see at the coffee shop or diner with smudged makeup on her face because I was too lazy to wash my makeup off before I went to bed. I was always having trouble with oily skin or nasty breakouts even if I wasn't wearing makeup. When I got a bit older (I'm going to be 29 this year) I started to notice around my eyes were starting to look older. I wasn't getting carded anymore. Something needed to change. I now have a three step routine. Wash, moisturize, eye serum for bedtime and wash, moisturize, makeup for mornings. The makeup isn't always a step I use although even on my lazy days mascara and lip gloss have become a staple. Step 1: Wash . I use either Illuminate Clear or Illuminate Clean from Younique. They both cost $39 a bottle but...

Rimmel London Products Review

Image
***Disclaimer: I received these products for free to test and review from influenster.com . All opinions are my own*** Here we go again. Another product review! I've been talking about this #VoxBox for awhile now and I know it seems like the products are never ending but I promise the box is not bottomless and I only have a few more items, at least until the next box. (fingers crossed) I had the pleasure of using two Rimmel products. One was the Scandaleyes Kohl Kajal Eyeliners. It came in black and is waterproof. The other is called Just Let It Go... gentle eye makeup remover which claims to remove waterproof mascara. I used the makeup remover first, and as most know I use the 3D fiber lashes, and although my current cleanser works great I'm always up for trying something new. The cleanser didn't do much for my mascara. It pretty much just smeared the fibers all over no matter how much I wiped and rubbed. I was not to be deterred though. The next morning I tried m...

A New Year, A New Me

Image
I feel as if I've done nothing but write product reviews lately. I do have a life, kind of. The new year has brought in new challenges and goals for me and my family. We're working on eating better, getting more exercise, and for me, I'm working on stepping outside my comfort zone. Maybe that's why I've written so many reviews lately. I want to finish what I start and grow as a person. I love writing but I seem to get lazy about it, make up excuses not to do it, or simply ignore the fact that I started this blog in order to share how I feel about how life is changing after becoming a mother. As most know, I have a little part time gig as a Younique presenter. Younique It is a fantastic makeup and skin care line that helps women meet there true potential. I started my company in March of last year because I wanted to be that sexy woman I lost track of when I became a mother and wife and just kind of putzed around with it. I set goals for myself but instead of worki...
